We've been made aware that the opposition to our project goes beyond our CTO and involves Bracket Company Inc, the parent company of PumpFun. Despite our CTO order, they've filed for trademark infringement and are attempting to take over our website. It's clear they see our upcoming centralized exchange as a threat to their platform.

We Will Not Back Down

We launched Pumpswap on October 24, 2024, at 15:08:29 UTC, and were the first to bear the name. We will not let PumpFun's late entry into the market undermine our rights. The battle lines have been drawn. Sam A is determined to protect our name and project. We'll continue to manage Pumpswap, while PumpFun manages their own platform.
