About Pumpswap

Pumpswap is building a dual-engine crypto ecosystem: Live Solana staking infrastructure and a planned hybrid exchange. Our mission is to solve a real problem for 500+ Solana projects every month - the need for secure, no-code staking.

The staking platform enables Solana project founders to create and manage staking pools without building the underlying smart contract infrastructure.

Development Approach

Security First:

We follow a staged, audit-driven development process:

  • Build: Practical product functionality with clean, open-source code
  • Test: 100% coverage on Solana Devnet with SPL Token and Token-2022
  • Secure: Role-based access controls, pause mechanisms, and emergency freeze controls
  • Verify: Independent security audit before any mainnet deployment
  • Document: Public GitHub, transparent progress reports, and known limitations

Devnet success is a milestone, not a guarantee of mainnet readiness. Mainnet will launch only after audit completion.

Team Information

Our Team Structure: Hybrid Transparency Model

Pumpswap is built by a distributed team of 7 core contributors with a combined 25+ years in Solana, DeFi, and CEX infrastructure.

We operate on a hybrid transparency model common for early-stage DeFi projects, balancing security and accountability.

Why Hybrid?

  • Security: Core devs maintain privacy during pre-audit phase to avoid social engineering attacks
  • Accountability: Public-facing leads are doxxed to KOLs, audit firms, and launchpad partners under NDA
  • Commitment to Full Transparency: All core team members will be fully doxxed with KYC to audit firm and leading CEX partners before PLH TGE

This is the same model used by Jupiter, Raydium, and Drift in their early stages.

Public-Facing Leadership

Transparency Commitments for Investors

To ensure investor confidence, we commit to:

  1. Public GitHub: All staking contracts are open-source and verifiable at https://github.com/pumpswapeco/pumpswap
  2. Audit KYC: Team identity verification completed with audit firm before audit report publication
  3. Locked Vesting: All team tokens locked with 6-month cliff + 18-month linear vesting, publicly verifiable via PinkLock
  4. Multi-sig Treasury: Treasury and team allocations held in Squads multi-sig, not personal wallets
  5. Live AMAs: Weekly community AMAs and technical demos starting Q1 2027

Community Participation

Community members and developers can follow project updates, review public code, and provide feedback through the official channels.

Transparency Principles

Pumpswap clearly distinguishes product status to avoid hype:

  • Live: Functionality confirmed operational on-chain (e.g., LP on Raydium)
  • Devnet Tested: Functionality tested on Solana Devnet, pending audit (e.g., Staking Platform)
  • Audited: Functionality independently verified by third-party audit
  • Planned: Future functionality in development (e.g., Hybrid Exchange Q2 2027)

Roadmap dates and product plans may evolve based on audit outcomes and security requirements. All material changes will be announced via official channels.
