Pumpswap is executing a staged, security-first development approach. We prioritize validation, audits, and real adoption before production deployment.
Roadmap items represent development objectives. Dates and features are subject to updates as engineering, security, and audit milestones progress.
Phase 1: Staking Platform Development
Status: Completed - Live on Solana Devnet
Key milestones achieved:
- Developed no-code staking infrastructure for Solana project founders
- Built configurable staking pools with flexible APY and reward management
- Successfully tested staking, unstaking, and reward-claim flows on Devnet
- Achieved full compatibility with SPL Token Program and Token-2022
- Developed NFT-based staking boosts with verified metadata
- Implemented administrative pause and emergency-freeze controls
- Launched developer documentation and SDK

Phase 2: Security and Validation
Status: Status: In Progress - Pre-Audit
Before mainnet deployment, we are focused on institutional-grade security:
- Independent security audit with top-tier Solana audit firm (announcement soon)
- Remediation of all audit findings and vulnerabilities
- Expanded automated tests covering 100+ edge cases
- Full verification of all Token-2022 extensions (Transfer Hook, Metadata, Interest-Bearing)
- Stress-testing of access controls and emergency procedures
- Operational readiness: monitoring, alerts, and incident response plan
Mainnet deployment will proceed only after satisfactory audit and testing completion.
Phase 3: Pilot Adoption
Status: Upcoming - Q1 2027
Following security validation, Pumpswap will enter controlled pilot adoption:
- Onboarding 10-15 selected Solana projects as launch partners
- Gathering real-world feedback and optimizing UX
- Launching Pumpswap Liquidity Hub (PLH) token sale

The PLH token sale is the next major milestone within the Pumpswap ecosystem.
Sale details including date, eligibility, pricing, and distribution will be announced via official channels only. PLH is designed to support staking rewards, fee discounts, and a dedicated reward initiative for LiquidPump (LP) holders.
All token sale information will be backed by official announcements and on-chain verification.
Phase 4: Hybrid Exchange
Target: Q2 2027
Pumpswap's long-term vision is a hybrid cryptocurrency exchange that merges CEX speed with DEX transparency.
Development will cover:
- Spot trading with smart-contract settlement
- Staking-integrated trading experience
- Advanced liquidity routing and market-making
- Security-first architecture and compliance framework
The Q2 2027 target is a development objective. The exchange will be considered live only after official announcement and security verification.
Phase 5: Ecosystem Development
Future initiatives include:
- Full integration of LiquidPump (LP) and Pumpswap Liquidity Hub (PLH) utilities
- Cross-platform rewards and unified governance
- Ecosystem grants for projects building on Pumpswap staking infrastructure
- Strategic CEX listings and global partnerships
