Pumpswap's Vision: To become the foundational infrastructure layer where trading, staking, and liquidity converge on Solana.

We are building a connected digital-asset ecosystem combining a live, no-code non-custodial staking platform today with a next-generation hybrid cryptocurrency exchange tomorrow (Q2 2027).

Our goal is simple: Give every Solana project founder the practical tools of a unicorn, without needing a unicorn team.

From staking pool creation to trading, liquidity, and token utility - all in one ecosystem.

Staking Platform Objectives​

Our flagship - already live on Devnet, entering audit:

  • 5-Minute Pool Launch: Make it radically easier for any Solana founder to configure and launch staking pools - no coding, no $100k dev bill
  • Complete Management Suite: Provide full tools for staking, unstaking, flexible APY, reward funding, and real-time analytics
  • Infinite Scale: Support multiple independent pools per project with isolated vaults and custom rules
  • Future-Proof Compatibility: First no-code platform with full compatibility for both SPL Token Program AND Token-2022 with all extensions
  • Engagement Boost: Provide NFT-based staking boosts where configured - gamify staking, boost retention by 300%
  • Enterprise Controls: Include battle-tested administrative controls - role-based access, emergency pause, freeze safeguards
  • Production Ready: 100+ test cases, public GitHub, audit-ready code, maintainable architecture

Status: Live on Devnet → Audit → Mainnet Q4 2026

Hybrid Exchange Objectives​

The longer-term exchange vision that turns our infrastructure into a revenue powerhouse:

  • Smart-Contract Settlement: On-chain proof-of-trades and verifiable proof-of-reserves - trustless transparency

  • Staking-Integrated Trading: Trade and stake from one balance, auto-compound rewards, one-click liquidity
  • Token Utility Engine: 50% fee discounts for PLH, 30% fees to buyback & burn - real value accrual

Target: Q2 2027 Private Beta → Public Beta → Q3 2027 Full Launch. Timeline subject to security audits - we ship secure, not fast.

Security Objectives​

Pumpswap follows a responsible, security-first development process - no shortcuts:

  1. Devnet Battle Testing: 100+ automated tests, edge-case validation, stress testing on Solana Devnet - COMPLETED
  2. Smart-Contract Hardening: Full review of access controls, PDA security, reward math, and re-entrancy protection - IN PROGRESS
  3. Token-Program Verification: Verified compatibility testing for SPL and all Token-2022 extensions - COMPLETED
  4. Independent Security Audit: Tier-1 audit firm (OtterSec / Halborn / CertiK level) - SCHEDULED Q1 2027
  5. Public Fix & Re-Audit: All findings fixed, re-audited, and public audit report published before mainnet - MANDATORY
  6. Bug Bounty + Monitoring: Post-mainnet bug bounty + real-time threat monitoring + incident response plan

An independent audit is not pending - it is scheduled and is our gate to mainnet. No audit = No mainnet. Period.

Long-Term Direction​

We are not building for a bull market cycle. We are building infrastructure for the next 10 years of Solana.

Phase by phase:

Phase 1 (Now - Q1 2027): Become the Standard for Solana Staking

  • Staking platform mainnet + PLH TGE + 100 pilot projects
  • Goal: Power staking for 10% of new Solana launches

Phase 2 (Q2-Q3 2027): Launch Hybrid Exchange

  • Private beta → Public beta → Full launch with spot trading
  • Goal: $10M daily volume with proof-of-reserves

Phase 3 (Q4 2027+): Become the Liquidity Hub

  • Launchpad for Solana projects, derivatives, institutional APIs, global expansion
  • Goal: The place where every Solana project launches, stakes, and trades

Pumpswap intends to develop its products incrementally, documenting capabilities and limitations clearly as the ecosystem evolves - building in public, with security as our north star.
